All packages are shipped in plain boxes or bubble packs with the return address marked as SHIPPING DEPARTMENT.
It will not indicate the origin or contents unless required for international customs purposes. Our business name, "Rachel Wright Shop", is not used anywhere on the outside packaging.
All orders appear as "Rachel Wright Shop" on your credit card or bank statement.
All orders include tracking numbers. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped - usually within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
Missing or Lost Parcels
We are not responsible for the reimbursement, replacement, or re-shipment of parcels that are deemed missing or lost. Each parcel receives a tracking number. You can file a claim for missing packages with USPS or UPS (whichever provider your package is assigned)
Please ensure you provide us with the correct address. Your address is copied exactly as provided onto your shipping label. We are not responsible for misdirected packages as a result or incorrect information being input on the order page. We cannot change or update an address once the item has been processed.
If the carrier does not deliver an order and it is returned to us, we will automatically refund the cost of the item minus the shipping costs. You are free to order a new, replacement order at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
Given the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products unless there is a manufacturer defect.
As soon as something leaves our warehouse, for health and safety reasons, it is considered used and therefore non-returnable. This includes new items in their original packaging.
We ask you to check all products immediately upon receiving them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you have received exactly what you ordered. If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, we will replace it with the same item within 15 days of your order being received.
For defective items outside of the 15 day initial period, we will assist you in contacting the product's manufacturer directly to find a resolution to your problem.
Any duties or customs on international orders will be the responsibility of the receiver.
Please be aware of any laws in your area which could affect the timely delivery of your order. We are not responsible for items that the authorities confiscate. We cannot be held accountable for items that are considered illegal in your place of residence.
In the event of a package being returned due to improper address or inability to deliver, there may be an additional charge to have the package re-shipped.
